Ingredients
4 tsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of sugar
4 tsp melted butter
200ml coconut milk
5 eggs

Directions
Mix coconut flour and baking powder.
In a bowl add the melted butter, eggs and sugar. Whisk until well mixed.
Pour into the dry ingredients mixture and mix well.
Add the coconut milk gradually while mixing.
Grease a microwave safe bowl with butter and scoop the mixture into it.
Set the timer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy your Ghanaian coconut cake once baked with your preferred fruit juice.
